90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

Best Value Vacs guarantees all items to be as specified in their Product Descriptions. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 90 days from the date of purchase. Damaged, used, or unsellable items with open packaging may be assessed with a restocking fee. Duties, Taxes, Shipping, and Handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Standard 30-Day Limited Warranty 

Best Value Vacs warrants that ALL items will be exempt from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not pertain to damage yielded by misuse or mishandling, chemical contamination, excessive force, repairs or replacements from outside sources, improper set-up, use of equipment beyond its issued specifications, or physical damage due to negligence, a lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. 

 

Registered 90-Day Limited Warranty


Best Value Vacs warrants that qualified items will be exempt from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not pertain to damage yielded by misuse or mishandling, chemical contamination, excessive force, repairs or replacements from outside sources, improper set-up, use of equipment beyond its issued specifications, or physical damage due to negligence, a lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. 

To Register Your Product:
Download, complete, and send the Customer Warranty Form (located below) to our Service Department, or email a completed copy to support@bestvaluevacs.com within 14 days of your purchase.
Registering your product by submitting the completed Customer Warranty Form will extend the standard 30-day limited warranty to a registered 90-day limited warranty.

     - Warranty applies to all movable parts and gaskets. All Stainless Steel components have a 1-year Limited Warranty.

     - Warranty applies to all movable parts and gaskets. All Stainless Steel components have a 1-year Limited Warranty.
• Rosin Heat Presses
• Safety Devices
• Accessories
• Parts & Fittings
     - Warranty applies through Best Value Vacs. Lifetime Limited Manufacturer Warranties through SSP and Swagelok.
• Rotary Evaporators
     - Warranty applies to electronic and mechanical parts, gaskets, and clips. DOES NOT COVER GLASSWARE. See Notice below.
• Vacuum Pumps

Notice To Customer:
All units are inspected for broken glass or parts before unit is shipped. If unit arrives damaged or glass is broken (this does not include minor imperfections or scuffs in glassware), Customer MUST contact Best Value Vacs within 3 days of delivery to file a claim and receive a replacement part. If customer DOES NOT contact Best Value Vacs within 3 days of delivery responsibility for replacement parts falls on the customer and they must pay for replacement pieces.)

Additional Vacuum Pump Warranty Information:
If using a vacuum pump for continuous, prolonged use (in excess of 5 minutes), you must use a cold trap in conjunction with your pump or you will void your warranty! When evacuating in excess of 5 minutes, solvents begin to vaporize and re-condense inside the vacuum pump reservoir. These solvents can degrade internal pump components, causing the pump to fail or the motor to seize. When properly used, a cold trap will re-condense and collect solvents before they enter your pump, prolonging the pump's life.
Minwax Wood Hardener™ is not compatible for use with our pumps, and will void your pump's warranty.

 

Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty


Best Value Vacs warrants that qualified items will be exempt from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not pertain to damage yielded by misuse or mishandling, chemical contamination, excessive force, repairs or replacements from outside sources, improper set-up, use of equipment beyond its issued specifications, or physical damage due to negligence, a lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Qualified Items for the Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty:
• All stainless steel components from Extractors
• All stainless steel components from CO2 Extractors

 

Registered 2-Year Limited Warranty


Best Value Vacs warrants that qualified items will be exempt from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not pertain to damage yielded by misuse or mishandling, chemical contamination, excessive force, repairs or replacements from outside sources, improper set-up, use of equipment beyond its issued specifications, or physical damage due to negligence, a lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

To Register Your Product:
Complete and submit the Warranty Card included with each qualified purchase within 30 days of your purchase. Completed Warranty Cards can be submitted to our Service Department at the address provided on the card, or alternatively emailed to support@bestvaluevacs.com. In the event your qualified purchase did not come with a Warranty Card, please contact our Service Department within 30 days of your purchase to register your product.
Registering your product by submitting the completed Warranty Card will extend the standard 30-day limited warranty to a registered 2-year limited warranty.

To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in the Limited Warranty Statements are the customer's sole and exclusive remedies. To the extent allowed by local law, except for the obligations specifically set forth in this warranty statement, in no event shall Best Value Vacs® or distributors be liable for direct, indirect special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory and whether advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Disclaimers:
• Proof of Purchase (original invoice) is required in the event that a warranty claim is necessary. 
• Warranties are made to the original purchaser of equipment purchased from BestValueVacs.com, Ebay.com, or Amazon.com.
• Warranties do not cover second hand, used, or re-purchased items not directly purchased from BestValueVacs.com.

• Please provide your purchase information (name, invoice number) and a description of the issue you're experiencing. Feel free to send us any images or video you've taken to help clarify the problem.
• Once we receive your information, we'll work directly with you to determine whether the best solution is repair, exchange, replacement, or return.
• If your item is determined to be defective, don't worry! We'll provide a pre-paid shipping label to send it back for replacement.
• We reserve the right to allow warranty claims outside the stated warranty periods at our discretion.

 All warranties are VOID on all of our equipment when used with power converters, or when they come standard as 110/120V power and are used outside the US or Canada. NO EXCEPTIONS.
